Traffic and travel: road closed to traffic due to 'incident'
Motorists have been advised to avoid the Albertbridge Road in east Belfast after an 'incident'.
A tweet said: "Albertbridge Road CLOSED due to a PSNI incident; causing severe congestion approaching from East Bridge Street, Ravenhill road and Short Strand. AVOID!!"
