Great news as Co Down road reopens after collision - public had been advised to ‘please leave extra time for your journey’

The Castlewellan Road, Newcastle, has been reopened after an earlier road traffic collision.

At the time a PSNI spokesman said that “diversions are in place”.

“Please leave extra time for your journey,” he added.

In the last few mintes a PSNI spokesman said: “Castlewellan Road, Newcastle has reopened following an earlier collision”.
