Scuffles broke out on Donegall Street in north Belfast as bands and Orangemen headed home on the Twelfth evening.

it was unclear what prompted the clashes, which only lasted for a few minutes.

Although at least two bottles were thrown at police lines and riot police were drafted in to stop parade supporters from advancing up the street towards St Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church, no arrests seemed to be made.
