Advice on tower blocks was not taken

I recollect hearing on TV a few years ago the late Sir Charles Brett, the then chairman of the NI Housing Executive, that no-one should have to reside in a tower block which is higher than the longest fire brigade hose.

It would seem that this advice was not taken before the recent tragedy in London.
