Breakaway spirit spreading south
With the formation of the Irexit Freedom Party in the Irish Republic it is now clear that there is widespread discontent throughout the EU for the idea of a United States of Europe.
It is now only a matter of time before the EU becomes ungovernable or it breaks up.
As a Popular Unionist i welcome Irexit as I welcome Brexit and look to the day when the Republic of Ireland rejoins the UK or becomes a dominion along with Northern Ireland within the Commonwealth like Canada or Australia.
