Christians subject to discrimination

Brian McClinton, of the Humanist Association of Northern Ireland, (April 15) takes Christian believers to task for adhering to their Christian principles; in particular the refusal by the Ashers bakery to inscribe a statement on a cake that grievously offends their humanitarian principles.

That argumentation ignores the reason or grounds as to why a person would refuse, and there are many alternative suppliers. The reverse argument holds true because it is the targeted Christian supplier who is being denied freedom of thought and who is being subjected to sexual discrimination.
