Now Lord Hain should name the On The Run terrorists to whom he and Tony Blair gave letters

Now that Lord (Peter) Hain has smugly named Sir Philip Green under Parliamentary privilege, will he then take the same opportunity to name the 300+ republican terrorists (OTRs) that he and Tony Blair issued Letters of Comfort to, along with those in receipt of a Royal Prerogative of Mercy?
