Poor Aldergrove road links

Your editorial on Belfast International Airport (October 29) revealed the poor single carriageway road links at Aldergrove but omitted the Sinn Fein provision of a dual carriageway to City of Derry Airport, so Sinn Fein regards the City of Derry Airport as more important than Belfast International Airport.

The 1960s road network in the vicinity of Belfast International Airport is an indictment of the Stormont Executive for its inaction and of the Belfast Council for its silence.
