What are the details of welfare deal?

It would be useful for the informed at Stormont to take time to explain to us more fully on the issue of Sinn Fein accepting the previously rejected welfare reform.

Did they in fact accept it in full and if so what were the arrangements surrounding it?

What was the deal that convinced Gregory Campbell MP. MLA. that republicans were moving in the right direction?

Will implementation be exactly the same as in mainland UK? What made Sinn Fein blink or decide to wear dark glasses?

Knowing the history of that party who continually milked Unionist and British leaders, there is need for full clarification on the matter.
