What would old Groucho Marx say about the EU and Brexit?
I was saddened when the UK decided to leave the European Union, particularly when one considers the great improvement in British/Irish relations that has evolved in the recent past.
But with the antics, attitudes and in particular the arrogance of the arch Brexiteers, I now feel the time can’t come quick enough when they are out of the European Union.
To adapt a quote from Groucho Marx: “Who would want to be a member of a club who would accept them as members?”
