Eamonn OKane moved into contention for a shot at the IBF middleweight world after beating Lewis Taylor on points at the Lavey Centre on Saturday night.
O’Kane winning the fight 114-114, 116-112 and 115-113 on the judges scorecard.
It was a close fight with both fighters having their moments during the 12 rounds - but O’Kane did enough to get his hand raised at the end.
The result moves him into the top three of the IBF rankings - so he is within touching distance of a world title opportunity.
There were also wins on Saturday night for james Fryers, Junior Saeed, Alan DonnellanGarvery Kelly and John O’Donnell.
