James Tennyson looks to be a force to be reckoned with in the featherweight division after a second round stoppage of Simas Volosinas at the Devenish Complex in Belfast.
The 21-year old Belfast fighter is now ranked four in Britain after Saturday’s demolition job.
Tennyson looked strong and sharp as he peppered Volosinas with shots before the fight was stopped in the second round.
There is more to come from the Tony Dunlop trained fighter and a title shot is on the horizon.
There were also wins on Saturday night for Paul Hyland jnr, Tyrone McKenna, Ciaran McVarnock, Alan Donnellan, Darren Cruise and Michael McKinson.
