Marc McCullough will box Scottish Featherweight Champion and recent EBU title challenger Jon Slowey in the co-feature of the Waterfront Hall show in Belfast on November 20.
This bill includes the Celtic Middleweight title clash between local undefeated prospects Conrad Cummings and Alfredo Meli.
And McCullough - who also fight in Edinburgh on October 16 - believes this is the fight to get his career back on track.
“I’m delighted that this fight has been made. It’s going to be a massive night on November 20 at the Waterfront Hall and I can’t wait to be boxing in front of my home fans in a huge fight like this.
“Slowey has boxed at a very high level but he’s never faced anyone like me. I’ve learnt from my loss in Germany and i’m going to take care of business on November 20.
“This fight has been mooted for a couple of years so I’m really looking forward to setting the record straight.”
And Slowey also rates his chances at the Belfast venue.
“I can’t wait for this fight. I have been looking to box Marc for a while now and I know I have what it takes to go into his backyard and beat him.
“He may have the crowd behind him but on November 20 there will only be the two of us in the ring,” he added.
