Thank you @RealCFrampton, For dreamin big. Winning bigger. And bringing us all on the ride. For wearing the biggest heart on your sleeve. And never forgetting people at home. Winners don’t always look out for underdogs. But champions do. It’s why you’ll always be ours. Take a bow.

Boxing is ruthless in and out of the ring. An astonishing career! Go and enjoy life outside of the ropes with your beautiful family.

Carl Frampton will be remembered for what he is; an amazing fighter who achieved amazing things, and someone who united a country and gave them unbelievable memories. One of the bravest fighters I know and sometimes they need saving from themselves. What an honour it’s been

@gazzatoddy28

Enjoy your retirement I’m sure it’s not the way you wanted your career to end but you walk away with your dignity, health and respect from everyone thanks again Carl.

@nickyfullerton

I’m glad he is getting out. Incredible career and memories we will cherish for a lifetime. Legend as a fighter and man.

There’s some people who leave a mark on this world, not by what they do but by who they are and Carl is one of them, an absolute gentleman, a credit to Ireland, Britain and to his family, sorry to see you retire but the time is right, thanks for the memories
