Crusaders increased their lead at the top of the Danske Premiership after this win at the Oval.

Big Timmy Adamson shot Stephen Baxter’s team into the lead on 17 minutes. He picked up a neat flick on from Jordan Owens before blasting home a beauty from 20 yards.

Paul Heatley struck against just before the break. He was picked out by a superb cross from Richard Clarke and his volley flew past goalkeeper Elliott Morris, off the outstretched boot of defender Calum Birney.

Jordan Stewart gave the home supporters something to cheer by shooting Glentoran back into it, early in the second half. He picked up an Elliott Morris clearing before shooting low past Sean O’Neill.
