Dungannon Swifts have completed the double signing of Cormac Burke and Dale Montgomery.
Former Institute winger Burke and ex-Armagh City defender Montgomery have both put pen-to-paper on deals with Darren Murphy’s side.
Burke (21) – who was previously on the books of Ipswich Town – once guested for Dungannon United Youth when he was 15 years old at a UEFA organised tournament in Barcelona.
He is also a former Northern Ireland Under 17 and Under 19 youth international.
Montgomery plays on the right of the defence and has also played for the Northern Ireland junior international side this year under the management of Harry McConkey.
“I am delighted Cormac has joined the Swifts, he plays wide on the left or the right and gives us options out there,” Murphy said.
“Dale is a player that I have now tried to sign three times. I am so happy he has decided to make the step up.
“I was a full back myself and I believe Dale ticks all the right boxes to play in the Premiership.”
