Glenn Ferguson insists Ballymena United “have nothing to fear” when they travel to Milltown on Thursday afternoon.

The Sky Blues are preparing for a New Year’s Day clash with basement club Warrenpoint Town (3pm).

Ferguson’s side go into the fixture brimming with confidence following a three-game winning run.

Their latest success came with a thrilling 4-3 victory over Coleraine on Boxing Day.

“Our Boxing Day win over Coleraine has given us some added momentum, and we have to build on that,” Ferguson said.

“We will hold no fear going to Warrenpoint on Thursday. We should have won down there last time so hopefully we can put that right this time.

“We are confident but not arrogant. We know it will be a very tough test, but we want to try and keep this run going and get the win.”
