Mark Miskimmin joins Carrick Rangers

Danske Premierhship new boys Carrick Rangers have signed much-travelled striker Mark Miskimmin.

The 27 year old, who has played for a posse of Irish League clubs, including Belfast’s Big Two, Linfield and Glentoran, has agreed a one year deal.

Rangers boss Gary Haveron has also persuaded goalkeeper Chris Keenan back to the club.

The former Crusaders man spent last season with junior club Islandmagee.

And, Miguel Chines, scorer of 28 goals in the club promotion push last season, has agreed a new one year deal.

Rangers are due to face Dungannon Swifts when the new season gets under way on August 8.
