Rangers have been linked with moves for Northern Ireland midfielder Steven Davis and Dundee star Glen Kamara.
Davis spent four and a half years at Ibrox following a loan spell from Fulham.
He won eight trophies during his time in Govan, including three league titles, while was an integral part of the club's run to the Uefa Cup final in 2008.
Currently with Southampton, the Northern Ireland is out of contract at the end of the season, paving the way for a return to Rangers according to the Daily Express.
The 105-capped midfielder has fallen down the pecking order at St Mary's this season.
Speculation has also emerged of a move for Finnish international Kamara.
The 22-year-old has impressed for Dundee since signing in the summer of 2017 and been watched by a number of teams.
A deep-lying midfielder, he has been arguably Dundee's best player in the last 12 months with his passing and dribbling ability.
