The Northern Ireland Schools’ Football Association (NISFA) has been boosted by the forming of a new partnership with Danske Bank.
Danske Bank has come in as the sponsor of this year’s Northern Ireland under 18 schoolboys’ team and will also sponsor the Danske Bank Belfast district senior cup final on St. Patrick’s Day.
The Chairman of NISFA, Paul Kerr was thrilled with the addition of a new partner, “It is great that Danske Bank have come on board with us, as a volunteer organisation we try our best to give young people in Northern Ireland the best opportunity to play schools football.
“We feel that partners like Danske Bank can only help maximise schools and schoolboy international football.
“We would especially like to thank Stephen Bloomfield and Nicola McCleery of Danske Bank for their help in the process. This is a great boost,” he added.
Noel McKnight, Chairman of the Belfast and District Secondary Schools FA also welcomed the new partnership, “The Belfast & District Secondary Schools FA is delighted that Danske Bank has invested in schools football and will be the named partner of this year’s Danske Bank Belfast district schools cup final on St. Patrick’s Day.
