Alistair Coleman puts the AIIB Under-25 singles title on the line on his home carpet at the County Antrim Stadium on Sunday (10am).
The junior international, who defeated Simon Colvin in last season’s final, has again forged his way into the last 16 of the tournament.
He continues his assault with a difficult showdown against former three-times champion Gary Kelly, from the Ballybrakes Club.
Should Coleman negotiate that opening hurdle, a repeat of last January’s decider is on the cards, providing Colvin sees off the challenge of Belfast’s Terry Crawford.
Meanwhile, Armagh, should find little resistance when they make the journey to East Antrim for their IIBA Women’s Inter-zone second round tie.
Having dumped out Oriel, the McIlroy Cup holders, last time out, the Orchard County side look equipped to go the distance
