Jessica Craig and Jodi Smith showed no ill effects from their relay experiences as they took the top two places in the Runher Titanic 5K.
The North Down pair fresh from their bronze medal performances in Victoria Park were in control over the fast, flat course.
Jessica with a tremendous record in Runher was first over the line in 18 minutes 29. Jodi followed 59 seconds behind and in turn was almost a minute clear of former junior champion Sarah-Jane Guiney who came third.
Laura Graham, one of the discoveries of the season, had a great 10k victory in 36:29.
She came one-and-a-half minutes before prolific winner Hannah Oldroyd with former champion Julie Balmer continuing her comeback in third.
There were 1,600 finishers in the womens only event which featured runners of all abilities.
