Kenyan Joel Kipsang Kositany repeated his 2013 victory as he won the men’s race in Monday’s Belfast City Marathon.
Kipsang crossed the line in two hours, 19 minutes and 36 seconds which left him 53 seconds ahead of Gideon Kimosop.
Hungarian Tamas Nagy was third in with Belfast’s Eddie McGinley fourth.
Ethiopia’s Berhan Gebrenmichael won the women’s event in two hours, 40 minutes and 57 seconds.
Gebrenmichael finished 10 minutes ahead of Morocco’s Elaatiba Khadja (2:51.05) with Hungary’s Katalin Garami (2:55.42) third.
More than 17,500 people took part in the event which also included a wheelchair race, team relay, eight-mile walk and a fun run.
