The Titanic 10K Road Race now in its 10th successful year will be held on Sunday April 10 and is set to be the best yet.

Details of the event revealed at the launch in the Titanic Quarter by Newcastle star Kerry O’Flaherty and Athletics Northern Ireland Chairman David Seaton.

The race is the official warm-up for the Deep RiverRock Belfast City Marathon and has always attracted huge fields. The 10,000th finisher overall crossed the line last April.

David Seaton said: “We at Athletics Northern Ireland are pleased that our sporting association with Titanic Quarter is now in its 10th year. The event has developed to be one of the best supported races in Northern Ireland. The fast, flat, accurately measured course appeals to club athletes, joggers and fun runners alike.”

James Eyre from Titanic Quarter Limited stated: “Once again we look forward to welcoming competitors from all over the province and further afield.”
