The Vauxhall International North West 200 takes place this week on the north coast, with thousands set to flock the largest outdoor sporting event in Ireland.

A top-class field will battle it out for honours around the super-fast 8.9-mile circuit, which takes in the towns of Portrush, Coleraine and Portstewart.

Official practice gets underway on Tuesday, May 12 and the timetable is as follows:

Evening racing - roads closed from 5.15pm-9pm
