Munster coach Anthony Foley makes eight changes for the Pro12 derby against Leinster at Thomond Park on Friday.

Felix Jones, Ronan O’Mahony, Ian Keatley, Duncan Williams, Duncan Casey, CJ Stander, Donncha O’Callaghan and Tommy O’Donnell come into the side.

Leinster have made seven changes with Darragh Fanning, Gordon D’Arcy and Ian Madigan returning to the backs.

Forwards Richardt Strauss, Mike McCarthy, Dominic Ryan and Jack Conan are also back in the team.

Williams and Keatley renew their half-back pairing for Munster while full-back Jones starts as captain and Ronan O’Mahony is on the wing.

Stander and O’Donnell are the Munster flankers with Casey in the front row and lock O’Callaghan is promoted from the bench.

Munster players not available for selection through the national player management programme include Paul O’Connell, Peter O’Mahony, Conor Murray and Simon Zebo.

Peter O’Mahony misses the game after being forced off in Munster’s defeat by Glasgow although his knee problem is not believed to be serious.
