The postponed Ulster Bank All Ireland Junior Cup semi-finals will now be played on Saturday, December 19.

Bangor had made the journey to Enniscorthy for the tie of the day, only for the game to be called off after a late pitch inspection.

The Seasiders will now make the return journey think weekend, hopeful of securing a place in back to back finals.

The Ulster derby clash at Shaw’s Bridge features Instonians and Clogher Valley.

Both games on Saturday have a 2.30pm kick-off.

The decision to play the game games this Saturday were taken by the IRFU AIL committee on Monday.

It means the eagerly anticipated Tyrone derby in Kukri Qualifying League One between Omagh and Clogher has been postponed along with Portadown v Instonians.

Bangor and Instonians will meet in Tuesday’s night’s Millar McCall Wylie Ulster Junior Cup final at the Kingspan Stadium.

Instonians are looking to retain the trophy, while Bangor are looking to win it for the first time having appeared in seven previous finals.
