Belfast knows that music builds communities up, connects them, fosters equity and promotes fairness, but to ensure that music delivers for all members of the community, a robust set of evidence and data, and a bespoke and actionable strategy with an associated recovery plan are required to guide policy making, outreach and planning into the future.

Sound Diplomacy have committed to delivering this through a wide-ranging, important scope of work for Belfast, including cultural infrastructure mapping and economic impact assessment.

A survey has been launched to all musicians based in Northern Ireland, music businesses, all relevant stakeholders to the music ecosystem and the general public.
