Crowley founded and sold three businesses for over three-quarters of a billion dollars before the age of 40. These included the Inspired Gaming Group, (the world’s largest server-based gaming company), which was sold for $500 million and Europe’s largest Wi-Fi hotspot provider, The Cloud, which was bought by BSkyB for $77 million.

His latest venture has the aim of cooling the planet as fast as possible. The CoolPlanet group is working with some of the largest businesses in the world to reduce energy costs and save Co2. One of the companies within the group is manufacturing high-end electric vehicles from a base in Powerscourt.

Delegates to the event on Thursday, October 27 will also hear from economist Eric Lonergan who has recently co-authored the best-selling book ‘Supercharge Me – Net Zero Faster’. He will be joined on stage by the CEO of Titanic Belfast, Judith Owens MBE and the CEO of Catagen, Dr Andrew Woods.

Also speaking at the event will be local sustainability experts, Chris Martin from Danske Bank as well as Anna-Marie McAlinden and Glenn Waterson both from Mills Selig.

The event is ‘in-person-only’ and will run from 9.30am – 1pm.
