Get into the festive spirit with family fun at Belfast's Victoria Square

There’s festive fun for all the family at Victoria Square throughout December, with twinkling lights, VSQ’s iconic tree and a programme of magical pop-up musical performances from Peter Corry performers

Santa’s Grotto has returned to Victoria Square, offering magical Santa visits in the heart of the city. Taking up residence on level 2, the Grotto is open daily in December (up until Christmas Eve). A range of packages are available starting from £8 per child. Mid-week and early morning visits are advised for shorter wait times, with queues expected at weekends.

Victoria Square’s Festive Brunches are also back by popular demand for 2022, offering brunch with Santa and his trusty elf in Frankie & Benny’s, followed by a festive family favourite movie in The Odeon.

The VSQ Festive Brunches run on the first three Sundays in December- following the first event at the weekend, festive brunches return this Sunday December 11 followed by a screening of Home Alone and on Sunday December 18 with ‘80s classic and family favourite, Santa Claus the Movie. Tickets cost £15 for adults and £8 for kids. Brunch is served at 10.30am, followed by the movie at 11.30am. Tickets are available to book here.

With over 70 top international and local brands, cafes, restaurants and an Odeon cinema, Victoria Square has everything you’ll need under its twinkling dome this festive season. Plus, a special Christmas Fayre has taken up residence on the mall until December 24 offering a variety of local sweets and treats, as well as handcrafted candles, paintings and more.
