The Emergency Departnent at Antrim Area Hospial is under extreme pressure today, according to the Northern Trust.

In a post they ask members of the public not to attend unless is it is of utmost importance.

A Tweet from @NHSCTrust says: “!!Antrim Area Hospital Emergency Department is under pressure today!!

“Do not attend unless it is an emergency, otherwise you will experience a long wait.

“Thank you”.
