Ben Lowry: Hooded men court case ruling might not be as bad for UK as it seems
It seemed to be yet another legacy court case finding against the UK state and its handling of terrorism in the bleak 1970s (see links below).
But a closer reading of the judgment shows it to have been more complex than that.
The hooded men did not win on all points.
We will try to scrutinise the result in coming weeks.
