Having seen the DUP and Sinn Fein getting on cosily at the PSNI recruitment meeting, which could suggest there was some shenanigans to get Stormont up and running, I would recall what the TUV leader Jim Allister once stated:
That the PSNI had been effectively neutered as a police force.
I would strongly agree with that assessment.
