Prime Minister Boris Johnson and Taoiseach Micheál Martin are among mourners who have gathered for the funeral of Lord Trimble.
The former Ulster Unionist Party leader died last week aged 77-years.
His funeral is due to get underway in Lisburn, County Antrim.
