Lough Erne Resort prepares for ‘re-awakening’ with 30 job recruitment drive

The General Manager of the Lough Erne Resort has welcomed the announcement by the NI Executive in relation to the re-opening of the hospitality sector and announced the resort is launching a recruitment drive to hire around 30 staff.

The roles – a mix of full and part-time positions - will include a Chef De Partie for the resort’s acclaimed 3 AA Rosette Catalina Restaurant.

Lough Erne Resort has used the extended lockdown periods to develop a new range of exciting offerings, including the addition of a new woodland adventure trail which will launch this summer.

The Resort has also introduced a variety of relaxing wellbeing activities that will take place throughout the resort’s 600 acres of idyllic countryside, including paint lessons by the lake, SUP, lakeside yoga and water bikes that will allow guests to take in the scenic landscape whilst pedalling along the lake.
