Letter: Boris in line for Brexit mega-booby prize
A letter from Alan Ritchie:
So Boris is complaining that the new Brexit deal on NI could tie the UK to EU rules on the trade of goods in future.
Quite correct, that was part of the purpose of the protocol in the first place.
Any politician who missed that hook when the protocol was being negotiated really deserves a mega-booby prize for political perspicacity.
