TUV's South Tyrone cadidate hits out at support for '˜sodomy'

The TUV's candidate in Fermanagh and South Tyrone has spoken out against support for 'sodomy' in a hard-hitting statement aimed squarely at what he called 'right-thinking Christians'.

Alex Elliot said: “All parties in Stormont, with the exception of TUV, condoned sodomy by their silence ‘supporting’ pardons for homosexual crimes in last November’s Assembly debate. TUV also remain resolutely opposed to changes in our abortion laws whilst also supporting Christian marriage between man and women.

“How does man, especially those with power-making authority, override the word of God in the name of equality without falling into the cesspit of immorality?

“These are issues for all right-thinking Christians and moral people.”
