Linfield confirm quartet to leave Windsor Park

All four players are out of contract at the end of this current campaign and Blues boss David Healy confirmed they unable to agree new terms with Robinson and Casement.

"Josh and Chris were offered improved deals to remain at the club but we were unable to reach agreement," he told the club website.

"Ryan Strain will leave the club when he reaches the end of his contract and Daniel Reynolds has decided that at this stage of his career, he needs to move on at the end of the league season and play at a club where he will have more opportunities for regular first team football.

"I want to place on record my appreciation to the four players for their contributions during their time at this club and I wish them all well in their future careers."

Healy meanwhile spoke on speculation regarding Charlie Allen and Dale Taylor.

"Our supporters may have come across recent media discussion concerning possible moves for two of our young Academy players to cross channel clubs," he said.

"I am sure that our supporters will be aware that if or when this club has any confirmed news to announce relating to any of our players, we will do so at the appropriate time and in the appropriate manner."
