A 214k Lim male sold at £605 or 283p/k from a Tollymore Road, Banbridge farmer. A second Banbridge farmer sold three Ch males with 280k at £720 or 257p/k, 312k at £800 or 256p/k and 300k at £790 or 263p/k. A Glenavy farmer sold 258k Lim at £650 or 252p/k. A Finnis farmer sold a 340k Ch at £805.

Dropped calves were mostly continental, Angus and Hereford bred. A 4 month old BB bull sold at £615. A pen of strong Lims sold at £600, £535, £510, £510, £490 and £455.

Young dropped calves sold to £375 for a Sim bull from Newry. A Sim heifer calf fetched £370 from Banbridge. Nine Holstein bulls from Loughbrickland sold at £290 for each of five and £280 for each of four.

A smaller entry of heifers sold to £990 for 512k Lim from Bryanford. Kilkeel farmer sold a pen of Hereford heifer to £965 and £960. A Castlewellan farmer sold two Lims: 482k at £925. Donaghmore farmer: 468k at £915 and 434k at £880. Warrenpoint farmer: 418k BB at £845 and 438k BB at £840.

BULLOCKS: A Lisnacree, Kilkeel farmer reached £1105 for 568k followed by 540k at £1075, 496k at £1070, 478k at £1065, 562k at £1065, 538k at £1060, 540k at £1020, 496k at £1000, 492k at £1000. Hillsborough farmer: 490k at £980 and 470k at £925 and 406k at £802.
