The company announced a significant expansion in February with the opening of a new London office and signed multiple major contracts throughout the year with leading businesses such as OKA, Munster Bovine, and German MedTech company Hemovent. 3EN welcomed 21 new clients and maintained a steady revenue flow, following an increase in sales in 2019. In 2021, 3EN plans to grow its headcount by 20% by expanding further into its areas of expertise.

3EN is one of the world’s leading Oracle NetSuite Enterprise Resource Management Solutions Partners, with operations across Europe and a growing number of clients in the US.

Its cloud technology helps businesses to drive growth through improving efficiency with seamless integration between Oracle NetSuite and other software platforms.

3EN plans to continue hiring into the new year and beyond, with the aim of filling the 16 roles made available through a 2020 Invest NI funding programme. The company has also offered private health insurance to employees and their families, alongside a range of other benefits, whilst continuing to cultivate a positive culture within the business that supports employees’ personal and professional development.

Dale Cree, CEO of 3EN, said: “It has been a year like no other, and we could not have done it without the support of our brilliant clients and partners who have kept us busy during this unprecedented time.

“Although many of our plans for the year were put on hold due to Covid-19, we are hopeful for the chance to reset for success in 2021 and look forward to expanding our team across the globe and signing new contracts with exceptional businesses doing great work.
