Graham, headquartered in Hillsborough, will deliver the state-of-the-art Livingston Campus, which will consolidate Sky’s existing operations, replacing four buildings at Kirkton Campus and leased space at Alba Campus.

The new site will span 15 acres, have capacity to accommodate around 3,000 employees and provide more than 21,000 square metres of space, creating a future-ready workplace for Sky’s workforce while supporting the company’s long-term growth ambitions in Scotland.

Designed as an ultra-low-energy, three-storey facility, the new campus will feature on-site solar panels, renewable energy infrastructure, enhanced green spaces, flexible workspaces and active travel routes.

As construction progresses, Graham said it will work closely with local suppliers and SMEs to help generate lasting economic benefits for West Lothian and the wider region.

Sky has been one of West Lothian’s largest employers for more than 30 years and said the development represented a major investment in its continued presence in the region.

Graham Building North regional director Chris MacLeod said the project was one of the most significant workplace developments Scotland had seen in recent years.
