Lorraine Corr, a native of Twinbrook now based in Lisburn, will head the company’s Northern Ireland operations, while Rebecca Vogel Faulkner from Limavady will lead operations in the Republic of Ireland. Both appointments reflect Connected Health’s commitment to developing talent from within.

Having risen through the organisation, Lorraine brings frontline experience and leadership to shape the future of homecare across Ireland. She joined Connected Health in 2011 as a part-time carer and has progressed through every level of the company. As director of care (NI), she led major Hospital-to-Home initiatives that reduced readmissions, freed hospital capacity, and strengthened care management and compliance. Lorraine has been recognised on Home Care Insight’s Power List as a ‘Quality and Compliance Champion’.

Lorraine said: “Having worked as a carer myself, I understand the challenges and rewards of frontline homecare. Leading Connected Health in Northern Ireland is a tremendous honour. My focus will remain on supporting our incredible care teams and ensuring every client receives the high-quality, person-centred care they deserve so they can live as independently as possible in their own homes.”

Rebecca Vogel Faulkner, a trailblazer in health technology, joined Connected Health in 2016 and quickly progressed through a series of leadership roles. As director of technology and special projects, she led the award-winning Connexions platform, transforming homecare delivery through automation and real-time data, and established the company’s Living Lab for testing new technologies.

She has earned multiple accolades, including Home Care Insight’s ‘UK Power List 2024’ and Women in Tech’s ‘Digital Transformation Leader of the Year (Highly Commended)’.

Rebecca said: “It’s a privilege to lead Connected Health’s continued growth in the Republic of Ireland at such a pivotal time for the homecare sector. We have a clear vision — to deliver smarter, more compassionate care using innovation that empowers both clients and carers. I’m proud to lead a dynamic team that’s redefining what homecare can achieve across Ireland.”

Founded in 2012, Connected Health has grown from 45 staff in Belfast to 2,000 across the island. Backed by recent BGF investment, the company is creating 1,200 new care roles as part of a three-year growth plan.

Welcoming the appointments, CEO Ryan Williams said: “Rebecca and Lorraine’s appointments are a proud milestone for Connected Health. While women make up the majority of Ireland’s homecare workforce, they remain underrepresented at senior levels across health and social care. Both managing directors have risen through the organisation on merit — through talent, hard work and innovation.

"The Connected Health family is delighted to see these two outstanding leaders shaping the future of the organisation, and indeed homecare, across the island.”
