“The creation of 10 new jobs will allow this company to grow employment locally and I welcome the news that additional salaries of almost £300,000 per annum will be generated into the local economy.

“This investment is being supported by Invest Northern Ireland, which has offered £85,000 of assistance and the new jobs will be across a range of roles and include a business development manager, an operations manager and two brand managers.

“The McMurray family started this company from their own home and through hard work and dedication has made huge strides to create a number of successful beauty brands which have a renowned international reputation.

Managing Director, Nick McDowell said: “We identified a gap in the market to meet the needs of Irish beauty salon owners and to provide customers with a quick, easy to use self tan product and so we launched the He-Shi brand.

“We are very grateful for the support Invest Northern Ireland has provided to us which will help us to accelerate and sustain sales growth in the UK retail and salon sectors and further afield.

“Our sales into GB alone have increased by 37 per cent in the past two years and with an ambitious growth strategy now in place and the recruitment of the new roles we believe we can sustain that growth rate across our export markets through 2016 and beyond.

“We are extremely proud of how far we have come and believe that increasing our export sales is the key to maintaining our position as a leading tanning provider.”
