The Keep is a multi-million-pound project that involved the refurbishment of the former BHS building. Alterity Investments acquired the property in early 2021, which had been vacant for nearly five years following BHS's administration in 2016.

The project included a reconfiguration of the ground floor to accommodate multiple retail units and a change of use on the upper floors for leisure purposes. The Keep offers a total of 70,000 sq ft of space across four floors, featuring frontages onto Castle Lane, Castle Arcade, and Cornmarket.
