In 2018, Cara disrupted the elderly healthcare market creating Ireland’s first ‘Lifestyle Care Home’, cited by IoD chair as a ‘world class concept’.

Cara felt her business had grown and evolved so much since then and has invested heavily in the new business and service offering.

Highlighting the commitment and dedication need to launch the company, Cara explained: “I am so thrilled to finally be unveiling my new business Caram after many months of research and hard work.

“It has been a whirlwind 18 months and I am so blessed to have worked with some hugely talented creative people, on a global scale, who have inspired me to take my business to the next level.

“Over the past 18 months I have worked with a broad spectrum of senior business leaders.

“Typically, they are entrepreneurs who have been in business for a number of years and are at the stage where they realise they have to do things differently ‘in this new normal’ often looking to either scale their business or to do something disruptive in another industry.

“It is a pleasure to work with big thinkers who want to make a change in their own business and themselves which will potentially make an impact across the world.”

Sincedthe Covid-19 pandemic, companies throughout Northern Ireland have been subjected to many challenges, however Cara believes these also bring ‘a lot of opportunities’.

“The past six months have brought many challenges to a lot of industries.

“But that has also brought a lot of opportunities.

“I work very much in partnership with business owners to identify these opportunities and harness them for the good of the individual and indeed their wider business model.

“I am so fortunate that the past few months have seen a real growth in my business and demand has increased four-fold, as well as having the opportunity to feature in Thrive Global and Fox TV and engage with senior leadership groups internationally.

“Leaders understand that in order to take their results to the next level, they must invest in themselves. I take them on a journey of self-reflection and help them identify and smash goals, which will quantum leap their results across all areas of their life.”

Calling on more local entrepreneurs to ‘get results’, Cara concluded: “I look forward to working with more entrepreneurs from Northern Ireland and beyond who are serious about getting real, tangible results.”

Last year Cara was announced as one of members of the strategic advisory board of Belfast-based finance recruitment consultancy iMultiply.
