Participants in the academy will receive industry-relevant pre-employment training from Belfast Met and Ulster University over four weeks. Those who successfully complete the academy are guaranteed an interview for a role at FinTrU.

Highlighting the opportunity, the Minister said: “FinTrU is a successful and growing local employer and I am very pleased that my Department is once again working in close partnership with the company to offer an Assured Skills Academy. Assured Skills Academies have a strong track record of providing high quality training while also providing local businesses with the skills and talent they need to grow. This is an excellent opportunity for people with a degree to gain the skills they need to kick-start a career in financial services and I encourage anyone who is interested, and eligible, to apply.”
