Skäl International Northern Ireland is celebrating the election of this years’ elected President Portia Woods of Toast the Coast Food Tours and Vice President Donal Kelly of Belfast Mic Tours.

One of over 300 clubs globally, Skäl has been established for over 85 years to empower a global network of contacts for the promotion of Travel and Tourism worldwide.

President Portia Woods said: “Being elected as this years’ President, alongside the committee members, I hope that others will join the network to take the opportunity to connect and utilise the strength of ‘Doing Business with Friends’. This global network ethos is dedicated to Tourism and Hospitality professionals. It is on the ground working together across Northern Ireland that will make a real difference during this coming year of my Presidency. Contacting a ‘Skalleague’ within the network means dedicated collaboration and support to the network members when they need it the most. Delivering world class hospitality, building a collaboration network to shine a bright and colourful future for Tourism in the true spirit of Northern Ireland.”
