It takes place online on Tuesday, November 24 between 9.30am-11.15am and is free for all business people across Northern Ireland to attend. Supported by Electric Ireland, the event is designed to help attendees to lead with confidence and exercise resilience in a challenging business environment. It follows a hugely successful first Leadership Live event earlier this year.

Headline speaker Jo Fairley is well-placed to help inspire other companies during difficult times. Green & Black’s was born in 1991 during a recession, growing through lean, agile, quick-thinking and creativity. Now a $100 million a year brand, Jo prioritised strong company values from the beginning and as a result, Green & Blacks is still regarded as a leading example of a company which cares about people and planet, as well as profit. She will be joined on the virtual stage by Fiona O’Brien, who is responsible for Lenovo’s sales operations and business partner community. An outstanding business woman, Fiona is a member of the ‘Women in Lenovo Leadership’ forum and is Chair of the EMEA Diversity and Inclusion Board.
