Holywood-based 3EN has secured the exciting new project with Further.Space as the business looks ahead to the easing of lockdown restrictions and the hope for another busy summer of staycations. Further.Space plan to deploy over 500 pod units in their first five years and further increase their glamping sites across the UK and Ireland, currently standing at 10 sites.

3EN is one of the world’s leading Oracle NetSuite Enterprise Resource Management Solutions Partners, with operations across Europe and the US. Its cloud technology helps businesses to drive growth through improving efficiency with seamless integration between Oracle NetSuite and other software platforms. 3EN’s clients include Fitbit, Medguard and B-secure.

Further.Space have glamping locations on the Island of Ireland and Scotland, that are hand-picked due to their idyllic setting. Local hosts embark on a partnership with Further.Space to create micro-tourism enterprises, notably not a franchise, instead a partnership whereby the landowner retains ownership of the site, allowing them to diversify their land and support their families, and the local area.

The contract with 3EN will allow Further.Space to not only grow, but manage and scale all elements of the business. This will ensure end to end management of all business processes in a main system increasing productivity and improving delivery and communication with customers and partners. Improving IT efficiencies across the business is a significant investment by Further.Space, which has been part funded by the InvestNI IT Grant support.

Dale Cree, CEO of 3E said: “With the easing of lockdown on the horizon, many companies like Further.Space will be preparing for a surge in business as we get closer to the summer months. We are delighted to be able to work with a local company like Further.Space to help them move operations to the next level through our cloud technology. We look forward to increasing Further.Space’s efficiency across the business and watching the company grow and prosper.”

Peter Farquharson, CEO of Further.Space added: “After the easing of the first lockdown we noticed a huge increase in holiday makers looking closer to home for their summer getaways and we expect this year to be no different. By July we hope to have 50 pods across our 10 sites and by 2022 to have even more new locations up and running. Working with 3EN will allow us to improve our processes both internally and externally which we hope will lead to the further expansion of our business.”
