Inbotiqa’s Tech Hub to create 14 jobs in city

The London company’s email workflow platform, YUDOmail, allows users to track, manage and action emails within high-volume group mailboxes.

Its Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) module, YUDOsmart, further reduces operational risk and costs by optimising and automating.

This streamlines workloads for organisations by resolving operational issues and boosts productivity, while analytics provide valuable management insights.

Liza Russell, Inbotiqa CEO, said: “With the majority of employees across the UK still working from home, it is now more vital than ever that teams can communicate effortlessly, even when not sitting beside each other.

“Our YUDOmail platform takes some of the stress out of working remotely and helps teams to carry out their work efficiently and support each other.

“New staff at our Belfast Tech Hub will focus on developing the platform’s ML capabilities and will play a key role in contributing towards our growth plans. By supporting our tech resources across the globe, it will help us to provide a ‘follow-the-sun’ 24/7 service to our clients.

“Invest Northern Ireland has shown us how a Northern Ireland base will be a huge asset as we grow globally. The culture and diversity of the tech sector in NI really excites us, especially the high quality of talent, and we look forward to welcoming our team.”

In 2019, Invest NI invited Inbotiqa’s senior management team to NI to showcase the opportunities the local tech sector has to offer and introduce the company to various stakeholders including local stakeholders and investors. It has also offered the company £84,000 towards the creation of the new jobs.

Kevin Holland, Invest NI CEO, welcomed the company to Northern Ireland: “After Covid-19 the way we all work and collaborate has changed; it is now vital that companies can communicate easily. Inbotiqa has a strong vision to digitally transform the way companies communicate both internally and with clients, and essentially change the way we do business.

“Its new Belfast hub is a welcome addition to the Northern Ireland tech sector and we were delighted to assist the company with direct insight into the NI business landscape. Once all the roles are in place, they will generate over £700,000 in additional annual salaries, contributing to the rebuilding of our local economy. I’m looking forward to see where Inbotiqa’s innovative technology leads.”

The roles for the Inbotiqa team range from QA Testing and ML Engineers to Technical Implementation Managers, along with tech support.

Recruitment is underway, with three of the roles already in place. These employees are currently working from home, and new employees recruited during the current situation will be on-boarded remotely and work from home.
